Multi-Effect Distillation Still (MEDS)

We design based on the highly efficient thin falling film design operating with multiple stages of successive evaporation and condensation. The system is designed with AISI 316L stainless steel with all contact parts electropolished. The design incorporates Intelligent thermal management strategies with the use of pre-heating by recovering the sensible heat of the distillate. Quality is assured by continuous online monitoring of conductivity and TOC and ensures all Out of Spec (OOS) water is drained out of the system.

Pure Steam Generators (PSG)

Spaceage Pure Steam Generators are designed to be very compact for lower foot print and designed with capabilities to optimize use of thermal energy thereby reducing the overall operating cost and leading to higher yield.
